Chinese Traditional Soup
Chinatown Foodcentre Lao Huo Tang (Chinese Soup)

Their secret is in that they boil their soups over charcoal fire.
I have tried the lotus root pork ribs soup and the gingko pork tripe pepper soup. Their soup tasted awesome. It is fragrant, rich, thick and really flavorful but slightly saltish. I would definitely try their other soups in the future

Pig Organ Soup
Jalan Besar Foodcentre Kelantan Pig Organ Soup
The soup is tasty and thick with pepper and stock
A bowl contains quite a good few pieces of pig's innards and meat and is yummy too. The chilli sauce is well concocted to go with the meat. I love to drink the soup
Lavendar Foodcentre Mun Chee Kee Pig Organ Soup
The soup has a good portion of salted vegetable taste which gives a tanginess that offsets the piggy innards.
The braised intestines and preserved vegetable is yummy too. A great side dish to accompany the soup. The chilli sauce is well concocted to go with the meat.
I usually love to drink the soup and would go back for more soup

Serangoon Garden Foodcentre Soon Huat Pig Organ Soup

The chilli sauce is specially concocted to go well with the pig organ soup and piggy trotter.
Now, if only it is not so bad for the cholesterol.
Minced Meat Noodle
85 Bedok North Foodcentre Minced Meat Noodle
Expect a very long wait here. The soup is great and serve piping hot even when it reaches your table, that to me is very important for a good soupy noodle...real piping hot!!. The reason the soup is good is because it is quite loaded with bar chor and it do not make you thirsty after drinking all the soup. The noodles are cooked just right, and worth a try. It is great for supper because the serving is not really big, but good for a supper snack, tasty, cheap and alright in serving. A bowl cost only $3, used to be only $2 few years back Indeed inflation has quietly creep up only over the last few years
There are many stalls sprouting up all over Singapore but there is nothing as authentic as this stall
Bak Chor Mee
Toa Payoh Lor6 Lai Heng Bak Chor Mee
For those who like it hot, Lai Heng’s dry-tossed version serves up a powerful punch. The noodles are extremely springy, and pair very well with the spicy chilli, together with tasty stewed mushroom and succulent pork toppings. Moreover, the accompanying soup is sweet and clear.
Hill Street Tai Hwa Bak Chor Mee
It is addictive once you eat it you would come back again
Fish Soup
Amoy Street Foodcentre Han Kee Fish Soup
This stall fish soup not only healthy but tasty. Being in the heart of CBD area, the only drawback is the price
and long queue. This stall is probably one of the icons of Amoy Street Food Centre. I suppose you would say that it's the best fish porridge in Singapore! That's why the price keep going up.
The owner told me that they used only good quality Knife Brand vegetable oil here and no pork lard.

Amoy Street Foodcentre Piao Ji Fish Porridge

Hong Lim Foodcentre Chai Kee Fish Soup

I would think that this stall is as good as Han Kee fish soup in Amoy street
Teochew Fishball Mee
Bedok South Block 16 Hawker Centre Teohew Fishball Mee

The fishball here is the real stuff unlike many places which are artificial or fake stuff. The dry version is very popular as the chilli mixture is specially concocted. One bowl starts from $2.50 for soup and $3.00 for dry version.
Expect a long queue in the night
Amoy Street Food Centre Teohew Fishball Mee

I like this stall at Amoy Street foodcentre 2nd floor This stall is also very famous with office crowd
The fishball is chewy and bouncy texture. Expect a long queue during lunch time
Hainanese Chicken Rice
Maxwell Food Centre Tian Tian Hainanese Chicken Rice
Tian Tian specializes in Hainanese white chicken rice and its chilli sauce
I enjoy eating at this stall but expect a long queue during lunch time as this place is near to offices

Both of these stalls at Chinatown foodcentre 2nd floor are equally good but most of my friends still prefer Tian Tian Chicken rice

Chinatown Food Centre Yuan Chun Hainanese Chicken Rice & RedHill Traditional Hainanese Chicken Rice
