Bedok Central Hawker Centre - Katong Fried Oyster
This fried oyster stall in Bedok is also very old and popular! The oyster is added to a flour paste that is fried till crispy to form a gooey sticky base. Served with two types of chilli sauce and garnished with spring onions or coriander. For $3 a plate there are quite a few pieces of oyster. It is oily but deliciously done right to my taste

This stall has received many write-up about their fried oyster. You can give it a try if you are around here. For me there are many good one and this is just one of them but I still prefer the one at Bedok central
